·         Prepared detailed takeoffs from division 2 to division 13.

·         Forecasting of cost expenditure for each divisions of works.

·         Prepared cost monitoring reports and discuss the positive or negative profits with the project director.

·         Prepared cost and productivity reports then discuss and advised the engineers if unit price overrun the budget.

·         Monitored all materials requested are received and follow up ahead the others to avoid delays.

·         Prepared bill of quantity (BOQ) and bill of materials (BOM) for checking, verifying and approving of all invoices of the subcontractorsas per payment terms.

·         Prepared and maintained records of all subcontractors’ agreements and payments.

·         Attend minutes of meeting.

·         Regularly visiting the site for verifying the progressed of construction.

·         Advised the Project Director for the Mobilization and Demobilization of the project sources such as Materials, Labors, and Equipments to avoid lose of profits.
