-  Prepares baseline program with coordination from technical and project manager.

 -  Prepares manpower/equipment histogram and progress s-curve.

 -  Direct & supervise junior planners in preparing progress monitoring/reports.

 -  Prepares schedule impact analysis.

 -  Prepares contractual progress report.

 -  Provide input and prepare recovery program.

 -  Prepares bid/construction schedule inclusive with the coding structure, resource loading and costing.

 -  Involve in project controls/monitoring (manpower, materials & cost)
