Senior Schedule Manager

For various contracts in France and international offers related to EPR power plants,Covering license, design, supply, installation and testing of the primary circuit (reactor vessel, steam generators, pumps, and associated safety and control systems) and Instruments & Control systems,I developed and managed the contract programme, than managed the AREVA schedule team as Project Lead Planner for FA3 EPR (Flamanville, France) preparing for start of erection on site.

• Contractor Level 2 and Level 3 reference programme development and monthly update in a team of 4 schedulers (Primavera P6)
• Organisation of internal design & manufacturing teams and sub-contractors to develop and integrate their level 4 schedules in the Contract Project Schedule (P6, MS project, Excel/powerpoint)
• Pear review with similar Projects to improve company standards
• Organisation of Interface clarification and schedule workshops with the Owner to establish the contract schedule and to secure the Overall Programme
• Lead on Schedule/follow-up processes definition and monthly update with Internal Project Leads, Project Controls and sub-contractors (P6, MSP, Documentum, Excel, Access)
• Contract performance, reporting to Owner, Contract and Project Managers: variance, critical path (P6, MSP, excel), Claim, Forensic
• Change requests, scenarios, configuration management with Project Leads and Contract team
• Schedule risk assumption with Project leads and Auditors
