July, 2015 - Management of civil construction, electromechanical assembly and commissioning contracts, following the planning, measurement and execution of services, in total 8,400 m³ concrete, 3,300 tons of metal structures, 6,600 tons of equipment and boiler, 344,000 meters of cables and 35,000 m of pipe.
- Coordination of a team with 6 people updating and producing many project documents: schedule, physical progress curves, WBS, histograms of equipment and labor, milestones and Capex (reduction of 8% of the budgeted cost and anticipation in the delivery of the project in nine months), action plan of the project risks, productivity control and take-off, monthly and photographic report and project status presentations to managers and director.
- Execution ninety shutdowns monthly and 3 major shutdowns of the plant (15 days and 21 days) to exchange equipment, interconnection of new pipelines and wiring, and general commissioning.
- Analysis in the processes of equipment supply contracts, materials and services, monitoring the supply of projects, delivery of equipment and materialsto support the demand of the enterprise, management of two claims for construction companies.
- Negotiation with the customer in the implementation of enterprise services that could be impacted by the operation or impact on production, closing 1,000 delivery backlogs and provisional and final acceptance of the site.
- Support in two phases of start up and ramp up of the plant.
