December, 2010 • Create 3 week and 3 month look ahead schedule highlighting critical path activities• Estimating and revising workpack budgets provided by client• Estimate the budget for additional works and create Project Changes Notice• Issuing weekly / monthly progress, manpower and photo reports with : Histograms, S‐Curve and tables• Update POB spreadsheet with actual and planned numbers • Improve planning standards, procedures, processes and systems• Develop project coordinating system (Create level 4 measurement database with indicating priorities) for progress reporting and develop book of norms for company future estimations• Monitoring 3rd parts reporting procedure• Preparation of level 3 & 4 Schedules including the leveling of work agreed priorities, resource levels and targets• Update plan with information from vendors and suppliers and review their progress against base line schedule and report Management / Construction Team• Issuing weekly / monthly progress and manpower statistic reports ‐ Histograms, S‐Curves, Tables• Monitor on weekly basis changes to scope of work and if necessary update P3 plan and man hours• Monthly issuing equipment down time reports ‐ S‐Curves, tables and graphs• Ensuring all the Free Issue Materials from client are in the schedule as a milestone informing other users and owners regarding any the changes in the schedule• Highlight and assist team regarding critical path and longest path activities• Control of Engineering and Construction Schedules and Reports using P3 plan• Supporting PMT and Cost Estimating Engineers with ongoing project schedule analysis, reporting, forecasting and budgeting (Manpower, Materials, and Equipment)• Ensure compliance with the work breakdown structure and company coding• Preparation of manpower mobilization and demobilization plan• Preparation of supporting documents for financing the project, providing breakdown of budget, commitment, progress and forecast cost to complete tracking direct and indirect man‐hours for estimate comparison and accurate forecasting• Maintain updated all Schedules, collecting actual data, evaluating dates to completion and project delays by effective monitoring of actual progress and productivity compared with scheduled baseline• Coordination with sub contractors, discipline and corporate departments within the company on all contract and planning related matters• Assist with improvements in Planning standards, procedures, processes and systems• 90‐day look ahead schedules and man power histograms, S‐Curves for Execution phase• Clouse out report for COP Fabrication of Jacket and Piles BOSShelf LLC – Saipem group December, 2010 — December, 2011Progress Estimator and Surveyor • Maintain updated all Schedules, collecting actual data, evaluating dates to completion and project delays by effective monitoring of actual progress and productivity compared with scheduled baselines• Create high‐performance databases for level 4 measurement system• Provide planning support as required to Construction Manager and Supervisors Recourse controlling such as checking weekly man‐hours with weekly progress.
