Supervise Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports production and submission to the client.Issue and maintain the Contract Master Schedule and four weeks look ahead report.Monitor the production rates on site.Generate the project Budget, cash flow, resource , matrial and equipment histograms.Evaluate subcontractor schedules and align it with the contract master schedule.Supervise the material tracking system and the project schedule of submittals.Supervise the quantity surveyors team.Assess sucontractor Change orders.Prepare and submit the Interim Monthly Statement.
