ADevelop and update Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Cost Code of Accounts (CCA), project-specific Cost Control Procedures, Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS)

ACreate the Project First Budget from tender estimates and monitor the cost booking to respective Cost Centers

AEstablish the project controls function of for all projects in terms of planning/scheduling, cost estimating, cost budgeting, cost control, change management and progress and performance management.

APeriodic reviews and analysis of data (cost, schedule, progress, changes, trends and forecasts) received from various sources involved in the project and suggest appropriate methods to close the gaps or mitigate the risk

AEnsure that all the standard project control practices are implemented and practised effectively across all functions and departments involved

AProvide project status awareness and analysis to the Management Team through determination of control baselines and progress measurement in relation to cost, schedule and risk

AFeeding projects, proposal and financial teams with processed date such as revised resource base rates, asset valuation and hiring rates as well as historic data on average rates for current bid facilitation

APricing the variations and assessing the claims for accurate and updated cost impact

AMonitors project actual costs, develop cost trends and projections using Earned Value principles with clear support for change management

ACost accounting, cost allocation as well as preparing the Project Close-Out Report and Lessons Learn Report

AImplement newer and more sophisticated process control procedures as well as functional systems so as to facilitate Earned Value Management, Revenue Determination Data, Proposal Financial Summaries as well as Project Financial Status Reports

AProvide advanced inputs and detail study regarding contracting, sub-contracting and execution strategies as well as maintaining procedures for the execution of the Project’s scope of work

ASupport the analytical aspects of the projects on strategic issues pertaining to increased profitability on projects and sub-contracting as well as change orders

ACollaborates cross-functionally to support the Company’s business decisions and long-term transformation efforts

ALiaison with Strategic and Financial heads to deliver high quality ad-hoc analysis for various impactful projects
