·   CoordinatedandpreparedPlanningProceduresandProcessesfortheProject ControlsDepartment.

·   Coordinated  with  the  Project  Management  Consultant  to  establish  Project

ControlsSystems.

·   EvaluatedConsultant’s/Contractor’sExtensionofTimeClaimsorVariationsand determinedimplicationsallrelatedschedules.

·   Reviewed Reports and Programmes of Consultants & Contractors.
