  • Used Primavera P3e:

    • as primary scheduling tool

    • to create cross-company standardized activities

    • to communicate schedule priorities to other groups

    • to create Critical Path charts to communicate the CP to other stakeholders

    • create GANTT charts to communicate schedule progress

  • Main factory schedule with 407 WBS elements and 2,849 individual activities

  • E-Test/SORT schedule with 75 WBS elements and 485 individual activities

  • Created schedules for each functional area of the Fab 17. These include Etch, Lithography, Meteorology, Thin Films, and SORT/E-Test

  • Managed production support for semiconductor manufacturing, including thin films, SORT/E-Test, lithography, and etch

  • Created sub-schedules for the construction coordinators assigned to functional areas using MS Project Planner

  • Created MS Excel workbooks to automatically create scheduling reports for the Functional Area Leads

  • Created MS Excel graphs to report schedule completions and projections for Intel's corporate headquarters

  • Created and maintained logs of each status update to keep better track of the ongoing issues for better resolution

  • Worked with the Industrial Engineers to manage the Critical Path

  • Integrated the basebuild schedule in to the tool install schedule

  • Scheduled renovations for multi-year, multi-million dollar projects on continuously-operating factory

  • Created a facilities management project schedule for the design manager that tracked budget for capital and expense budgets

  • Simplified the facilities management project schedule so that it could be updated and maintained with the absolute minimum amount of time and effort by the Design Manager
