      Responsibilities     :  

·       I have been assigned as a Project Planner for the above projects and as well as Corporate Planning .

·       Determining the resources required for the project i.e., men & materials by calculating the quantities as per approved drawings.

·       Monitoring on daily basis & reporting the same to higher authorities.

·       Preparation of Daily Progress Reports, Weekly Progress Reports

·       Preparation of Cash Flows on Monthly & Weekly Basis

·       Preparation of Micro Schedules using Microsoft Project 2007

·       Preparation of Recovery Program & calculated resources required.

·       Part of the member in Tendering & Contracts Departments to prepare Tender Schedules, Manpower, Machineries & Monthly Cash Flows accordingly.

·       Active Role in preparing MAS as per Procurement Schedule approved by Consultants

·       Arranging Weekly Progress Meetings for all sites individually and allocating the resources on priority basis which meets the Progress as per schedule

·       Coordinating with Financial Team with prior information to settle the payments, which doesn’t hindrance for the progress

2.    Chennai Metro Rail Project, Chennai, India

 Description           : Project is the Joint Venture Gammon- Mosmetrostroy

·                   Project comprises of two different packages named as UAA 02 & 03. UAA 02 contains 3 stations & Connective Tunnels and UAA 03 consists 4 stations & connective tunnels.

Responsibilities      :  

·       As a part of the Chennai Metro Rail Project, I have been associated with Planning Department.

·       Determining the resources required for the project i.e., men & materials by calculating the quantities as per approved drawings.

·       Associated with Package UAA 03 for monitoring on daily basis & reporting the same to higher authorities.

·       Preparation of Daily Progress Reports, Weekly Progress Reports

·       Preparation of Cash Flows on monthly basis

3.    Novotel Hotel Project, Mumbai, India

·       Blue Ridge Hotel Pvt Ltd is the owner who are world’s famous company which specializes in construction of 5 Star Hotels

·Novotel Hotel Project, which comprises of 4B+LGF+LLL+GF+SF+11 Typical Floors

  Responsibilities:

·       As a part of the Novotel Hotel Project, I have been associated with Planning Department.

·       Preparation of Construction Schedule in M.S.Project, Monthly Micro Planning Schedules in M.S.P by using new Planning Techniques.

·       Determining the resources required for the project i.e., men & materials.

·       Conducting Daily & Weekly Progress Review Meetings and Monitor the Progress Accordingly.

·       Preparation of Method Statements in Advance & Changes as per Site Conditions to generate the Cash Inflows accordingly.

·       Preparation of Form Work, Staging Materials & Manpower Rotation Cycles to make my Project Economical & Optimum Utilization  of Time & Fewer Materials.

·       Monitoring, Presenting & directing and ensuring everybody to work in terms of Productivity.

·       Preparation of Control Estimate of the Project.

·       Coordinate with Head Office in procurement of Steel & Shuttering materials & the same should reach to site at required time.

·       Neelkanth Constructions is the world’s famous company which specializes in construction of High Raise Buildings and apartments.

·       Neelkanth Kingdom Project, which comprises of 7 different apartments and Podium throughout the inner circumference of the project

Responsibilities:

·       As a part of the Neelkanth Kingdom Project, I have been associated for Nalanda  and Takshashila buildings which is 13 storied building and having 6 flats at each floor.

·       Supervision of R.C.C Structure, Block Work, Internal and External Plastering, Gypsum works, Marble & Tiling Works and Plumbing works

·       Preparation of subcontractors billing of above works and the same entered in ERP.

·       Planning for Daily progress and monthly progress reports.

·       Development of the project as per the requirements, standards and the satisfaction of clients.

·       Coordination with contractors, Superiors and subordinates on daily basis

 

5.    Hotel Leela Palace, Chennai, India

            Role                 : Assistant Manager

            Project             : Construction of Hotel Leela Palace.

Description     

·       Hotel Leela Venture Ltd. is the world’s famous company which specializes in construction of Deluxe Five Star Hotels and Resorts.

·       Hotel Leela Palace, which comprises of two Phases namely Tower Area having 15 Floors and Non Tower Area having 5 floors which includes Swimming pool and Grand Ball Room.

Tenure             :  5’March 2009 to 6th Feb’2010

            Responsibilities:

·       As a part of the Hotel Leela Palace, I have been working in Non Tower Area which is very complicated area in the project which includes Grand Ball Room of size 2286sqm, Swimming Pool of size 686sqm, Ramp, Water Wall, more Four Floors and other miscellaneous works.

·       Preparation of subcontractors billing of Reinforcement and Form work and the same entered in ERP.

·       Preparation of Daily progress and monthly progress reports.

·       Development of the project as per the requirements, standards and the satisfaction of clients.

·       Nominated as a best Safety Nominated Safety Officer for one month
