  • Preparation of Project Schedule for all disciplines like Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Activities with performed task & milestones.
  • Plan and extract weekly / monthly look a head schedules updates & analysis.
  • Implement all the pre-activities of project based on process units regarding Which Includes Installation of Steel Structure for Main Pipe Rack, Sub Pipe Rack, Equipment Supporting Structure, and Plate Forms & Access Ways. Installation of Rotary and Stationary Equipment, Erection of SS, CS and <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 />GRP Piping and Painting Works.
  • Prepare baseline Pre-EPC / EPC schedules as part of the bid documents for upcoming projects.
  • Identify all critical paths within a project by using float path analysis.              
  • Detail working schedule for the arrival of equipment loading for the erection of planned equipment.
  • Allocate resources to activities using distribution curves to accurately reflect how the work is performed.
  • Analyze changes between versions of schedules with Claim Digger to understand the progress that has taken place in the update period.
  • Integrate schedules from engineering, architects, subcontractors and owners to create a master program schedule.
  • Easily create fully customizable graphics including Gantt charts, Activity Network Diagrams, Timescale Logic Diagrams and Histograms. Scheduling overall construction activities as per time phase update day by day allocated /up linked with their target plan.
  • Coordinate with discipline engineers in preparation of the detailed engineering design and drawings for approved projects,  

    engineers, material specifications, and detailed scope of work, technical specifications.

  • Communicate status to general contractors, subcontractors, owners and other project team members via customizable industry standard reports.
  • Coordinate labor, material, equipment and subcontractors to ensure on-schedule, on-budget completion.
  • Break activities down into smaller weighted steps and track the completion of the steps to determine the activity percent complete.
  • Document risks and calculate risk exposure values and impacts on the project's schedule, costs, and durations.
  • Preparation of Method Statements and Working Procedures for all the activities for Execution.
  • Preparation of Safe Work Method Statements and Job Safety Analysis for all the execution activities.
  • Preparation of Risk Assessment for all the hazardous activities.
  • Monitor overall Progress of the Project with Key Performance Indicators -KPI.
