Currently working as Senior project Planner for Doha Metro rail project under PMO ,Qatar Rail. 

I am respeonsible for Contractor/PMC schedule analysis and approval ,Project control & interface planning. 

• Prepare & update the integrated Master schedule for Metro Phase-1 in P6.
• Critical path analysis for Overall Metro -1 & work Packages in P6.
• Review & Analysis of detailed schedule submitted by package Contractor.
• Review & Analysis of Lev-2 schedule submitted by package PMC.
• Updated the Integrated(Civil & Systems) schedule for Metro-1 in TILOS chart.
• Responsible for analysis,review & impact assesment for Overall Systems & Major stage work scope.Coordination/Meeting with respective PMC & contractor as & when required.
• Review & comment for enhancement of the cocntractor/PMC schedule with respect to logic,sequence,technicality & content.
• Tracking & Monitoring of Interface dates (Civil & Systems) ,issues , impact assesment & coordination with related packages.
• Prepare & tracking of SRP (Safety review pannel) schedule for Overall Metro Phase-1. Coordination with QR Service delivery & systems assurance team .
• Schedule quality check & comment through SRS (Scherdule review sheet)
• Weekly PMCS report review & quality check with comment/suggestion.
• Monthly PMCS report review & qaulity check with comment/suggestion.
• Support QR –PMO Director through presentation slides,tracking & monitoring sheet ,analytical reports as and when required.
• Support PMO reporting team for development of PMO monthly progress report.
