I am working to assist the company’s Pre-Construction Team on preparation of pre-contract planning by establishing the tender programme, logistic plan, resources plan, prelims, tender stage method statement, traffic management plan, and health and safety plan. I also am working with the company’s Operational Construction Team to assist in establishing and monitoring the construction programme, target construction programme, and short term programme. I also involve in the weekly / monthly reporting of the contract programme and level resources by producing and issuing the marked up and update programme to the contracts managers / directors of each live project.

I am involved in pre-construction and live schemes with value range from £100K - £100M in education, housing and public building. The schemes I involve so far include new build independent structures, internal and external refurbishment and alteration works to occupied buildings / properties, demolition works, and new extension adjacent to occupied building. All tender / live projects I am involved are mostly with complicated access, logistic and time restriction.

I am also involved in post contract activities by providing as built programme and delay analysis to assist the team during disputes and claims.
