- Develop contract programme and agree critical paths with Client / PMC
- Develop construction Information release requirement schedule

- Evaluate nominated & domestic supplier and subcontractors’ schedule
- Compile Monthly Progress Reports to the Client / PMC

- Monitor progress against plan, provide exception reports and recommend actions
