Led the Cost and Project Controls team to develop and maintain a Cost Management database of 200+ contracts either live or legacy to provide Head of Project Controls and Finance Director with status of expeniture versus budget and to provide an Earned Value System. Liase with Scheduling Manager to provide SPI and CPI performance indicators for management dashboard and to create cashflow curves for appropriation of forward funding.
1. Maintaining the integrated work programme in Primavera
2. Maintenance and review of monthly & weekly progress report – The Engineers & Contractor
3. Collaborating with the contractor in the development of the short term work plan / rolling look ahead schedule
3. Review and Analysis of the contractors work programs submissions.
4. Monitoring of Critical Project Milestones and deviation impact analysis
5. Maintenance of the Risk Management Plan
6. Risk Identification and Qualitative Risk Analysis
7. Value Engineering and Quantitative Risk Analysis
Assist the Program Controls Manager in all aspects of Project Controls like
coordinating the deployment, implementation, and usage of all databases used in the scheduling, estimating, document control and reporting functions.
