Assist the Program Controls Manager in all aspects of Project Controls like
coordinating the deployment, implementation, and usage of all databases used in the scheduling, estimating, document control and reporting functions.
Ensured that project administration, change management, project estimating, cost management and schedule management are executed in accordance with company standards and contractual requirements. Spearheaded implementation of Primavera Cost Management software that improved tracking and performance of contracts at Program as well as Project level. Strategcally restructured the Program WBS in accordance with Program Master Plan.
Plan, organize and lead monthly progress review meetings and spearheaded production of Monthly Progress Report.
Ensuring integrity of project control related data using Primavera Project Management Applications like P3eC, Cost Manager, Expedition, besides Humminbird and various MS Office applications.
