Position: Project Engineer/Planning

§  Lead construction management team for civil structural works, hard finishing and site development.

§  Identifying, tracking, managing and resolving project issues

§  Assist manager in development of Project Budget, schedule.

§  Planning requirement of materials and raising indents along with schedule to ensure availability of all inputs at right time. 

Project Engineer:

Main responsibility Execution of all construction activities Structural, Interior works as per drawing and as per schedule.

Execution of all concrete works like footings, columns, RC walls, beams, slabs, staircases, Water tanks, plant rooms, Lift shafts etc.

Execution of Block work, Brick works, Plastering’s all masonry works.

Execution of Roof Sheeting  works (KALZIP system).

• Project Management in light of QA/ QC requirements.
• Planning and Monitoring for timely completion.
• Coordination with the consultant for technical and contractual matters.
• Implementation of HSE Policies for safe execution
