The project specification required the development of design, procurement and contruction phases of a LNG plant, four LNG ship carriers of 150.000 TPM each to be be built in Korea, and two LNG tanks of 150.000 M3 as the LNG storage system.
This EPCC project was a managing joint venture composed by three engineering companies, KBR-TRSA-JGC. Planning and scheduling of more than 5000 tasks implemented in P6 software tool within the PMT office located at KBR HO in London (Kellog Tower, Greenford).
