January, 2012 My basic Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:
- Assists Construction Manager to ensure the construction department is having smooth operation and running efficiently.
- Keep track of the day-to-day operation of the construction of precast factory, administration and operation wise.
- Monitors expenditures and exercise budget control and keeps accurate financial report.
- Prepare and monitor schedules (for both production & erection aspects) and reschedule around delays if there is any.
- Prepare and raise orders for materials needed by production and erection personnel.
- Coordinates and liaise works with contractors, sub-contractors, trade suppliers etc.
- Prepares and update erection/production accomplishment reports, etc.
- Monitors and updates the logistics of the company considering existing vast resources.
- Draft BOQ, BOM, procurement schedule and implementation programme of proposed and in-house projects
