Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

As a key member of the Commercial Team, you’ll provide a comprehensive quantity surveying service. In reality, this will involve everything from taking control of the tendering process and benchmarking, to selecting and appointing sub-contractors, managing open book accounting, and identifying new opportunities.

You’ll enjoy the freedom to use your initiative, lead by example and to make the most of your experience and technical know-how. Clearly it’s no small task. That’s why you must be a persuasive communicator and negotiator, with a strong background in a contracting environment and hold relevant qualifications.
