HANOI DIPLOMATIC COMPLEX, N01-T4,T5 COMPLEX TOWER PROJECT. 

Client: Hanoi Construction Corporation.

Description of Project:

The Diplomatic corps project at Hanoi has area of  62,8 ha at Xuan Dinh – Tu Liem –Hanoi. This is construction investment project for synchronous technical infrastructure in order to meet needs of office constructions, apartments and other public works for Embassies, Representative offices, international organizations, and new urban areas.

The ICON4 Complex Tower is located at N01 block:

·        Total Capital Investments (TCI): 1.205.714.908.838 VND

·        Works under the project: Group B;

·        Type of construction: Housing;

·        Funding projects: Level II;

·        The use of the high quality, durability Tier II, capable of withstanding earthquakes, the use life of 50 years;

·        Fire Resistance: Grade II;

·        Gross Floor Area (GFA): 98.800 m2;

·        Building height: 146.5m;

·        Number of floors: 35 floors (not including 3 basement, garden, technical floor);

·        Total number of units: 574 units (T4 Tower: 287 units / T5 Tower: 287 units).

Position: PROJECT ENGINEER/ PLANNER

Responsibilities:

·        Controlling the project from the early stages until the end of the project handover, ensuring adherence to the project requirements in terms of quality and progress of the investor.

·        Management and control of the entire project costs.

·        Assess the impact budgets/costs when requested design changes, the volume and types of facilities.

·        Organization management, administration and oversight of contractors to ensure the progress, quality and safety project.

·        Managing change in project scope, project schedule and project costs.

·        Create and maintain risk management to mitigate project risks.

·        Support for the final documentation;

·        Support Commercial Dept. to prepare some supporting documents for payment;

·        Other actions instructed by Project Manager.

ÜOFFICE AND APARTMENT COMPRISING PROJECT.

Investor: Investment and Construction joint stock Company No.4

Implementation Phase: 2012-2014

Description of Project:

·        Places: 343-345 Doi Can Street, Ba Dinh District, Ha Noi;

·        Investor: Investment and Construction joint stock Company No.4;

·        Total Capital Investments (TCI): 466.449.556.131 VND;

·        Gross Floor Area (GFA): 20.518,00 m2;

·        Building height: 63.3m;

·        Number of floors: 16 floors (not including 2 basement);

·        Total number of units: 94 units

Position: PROJECT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

·        Detailed planning for implementing assigned projects

·        Control closely the actual process of the project to ensure the working progress follow the initial plan.

·        Prepare and control specific budget for the project

·        The highest decision maker about all things related to the project, including labor, costs, ricks, and other relevant matters.

·        Implement handover, settlement with customers.

·        Support Project Planner to prepare Weekly progress report/Monthly progress report, check report before issuance;

·        Support for final documentation;

·        Support Commercial Dept. to prepare some supporting for payment;

·        Other actions instructed by Project Manager.

DONG XUAN TRADE AND SERVICE CENTER PROJECT.

Description of Project:

·        Works under the project: Group C;

·        Type of construction: Shopping Center;

·        Funding projects: Level III;

·        Gross Floor Area (GFA): 1.442 m2;

·        Building height: 11.5m;

·        Number of floors: 4 floors (not including 1 basement);

Position: PROJECT ENGINEER/ PLANNER

Responsibilities:

·        Prepare investment reports, investment projects.

·        Analysis - evaluation of investment projects.

·        Estimation of total project investment, project investment allocation.

·        Determining the optimal capital structure.

·        Scheduling manufacturing business short - medium - long term.

·        Prepare cash flow projects under implementation situation.

·        Capture and update legislation related works.

·        Assess the impact budget / cost when requested design changes, the volume and types of facilities.

·        Support Project Planner to prepare Weekly progress report/Monthly progress report, check report before issuance;

·        Support for final documentation;

·        Support Commercial Dept. to prepare some supporting document for payment;

ICON4 COMPLEX TOWER PROJECT.

Investor: Investment and Construction joint stock Company No.4

Implementation Phase: 2012-2014

Description of Project:

ICON4 COMPLEX TOWER is located at 243A built at De La Thanh street, Dong Da district, Hanoi. The building consists of two main functional space that serves Commercial space and Office space.

The building consists of 3 basements and 28 floors, the total height of about 108 meters.

The construction land area is located near the convenient traffic, connecting most of the main roads in Hanoi.

Position: PROJECT ENGINEER/ PLANNER/ COST ESTIMATE ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

·        Prepare detailed costs from drawings, specifications, master tables, and support department information to estimate project costs.

·        Prepare and control cost estimation

·        Prepare tender document

·        Review direct costs from various departments and compile costs accurately into various cost presentation packages for either sales for customer price negotiations or management profitability review.

·        Performs other related duties as assigned.

·        Prepare investment reports, investment projects.

·        Scheduling manufacturing business short - medium - long term.

·        Prepare cash flow projects under implementation situation.

·        Prepare Weekly progress report/Monthly progress report, check report before issuance;

·        Support for final documentation;

·        Support Commercial Dept. to prepare some supporting document (Completion Certificate) for payment;

·        Other actions instructed by Project Manager.
