Again it depends on what are the qualifications for the senior planner in your opinion .any way if you really need senior planners with the said ranges you can post the job opportunity here and see what will be the replies.

Well, being in Dubai and the gulf for 3 years I can say that the salaries for senior planners in Dubai varies from company to another and from nationality to another
I have met some senior planners who are getting 8000 DHS. And others who are getting 15000 DHS and above
It also depends on whether the company gives annual bonus or not.

Also I found people who are above 12 years experience and called planners , one of them was getting 12000.

Karim,What you are talking about .do you know that we are talking about salary for senior planner in DUBAI.
I beleive that you are totally not aware about the salaries of engineer’s market in DUBAI.

3-5 years experience around 5,000 Dhs.
5-7 years experience around 8,000 Dhs.
7-10 years experience around 12,000 Dhs.

that’s is all i can get !

A brazillian friend of mine, working in one fo the big name from Brazil and now currently active in MENA (Middle East and North Africa) is looking for Senior Planning Engineer, preferrably expert in Primavera P3 and P5 including expertise in cost and resource loaded schedule with efficiency in handling 15,000 ++ activities.

You can search in your directory the name of the brazillian company currently active in UAE. And you can ask for there salary for senior planner. There offer to me was very good, maybe they will tell you how much it will be for you in the event you will get an offer.

This Brazilian company is worldwide in operation.
