(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Educational requirements-
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experiance-
Min. 2 yrs experiance as a Planning Engineer in the Middle East. Efficient usage of P3 (v3.1 and v5.0), MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access is a must.

Responsibilities-
1. Should have experiance in commercial and residential buildings, hotels, institutions, shopping centres, residential developments (villas), PPP/PFI (BOO/BOT) projects, etc.
2. Should be able to create detailed programs from 1st principles (resouce loaded and cash loaded).
3. Should be able to track time and cost, productivity, etc. (Knowledge of ’Earned Value Management’ is required.)
4. Should be able to work independantly, attend client / consultant meetings, prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports, etc.
5. Experiance in Tender Planning is an added advantage; experiance in CCS (Site Plan & Candy) is desirable but not essential.
