Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

We’ve been working on a series of books:
– Easy EVM is published: See more on the book
– Easy CPM is a work in progress, publication later this year
– Easy SHM will follow in 2022.

Vladimir Liberzon Page 13 of 'A Guide to Scheduling Good Practice' covers off the importance of resources in agreeing a realistic schedule. Unfortunately, it is not possible to offer a standard calculation solution, every single software tool works differently, most have many analysis settings to choose from, and you get very different answers from analysing the same logic. Spider is one of the better options for robust analysis.

In all papers project resources are ignored. Schedule calculation, floats, etc. become different if project resources are constrained.
