Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Filter Out Activities Whose Resources are over allocated

please soggest me how to filter out all such actvitiies which having over allocated resources for any project?

in p6 create a new code for overallocation

go to view show on bottom resource usage profile

and look at the time frame where the overallocation is occuring and the look for those activitie that are occuring in the time frame of the overallocation

give each of the activites that are occuring during the overallocation time frame the new code that you just made

now filter on that new code
