(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi Arun
The main purpose of the daily report is to record the following set of clear factual data:
Who did What When and Where - anything less and you are wasting time and paper.
PLUS - the records must be made against the Programme Tasks and unique ID.
If you follow these basic rules then the next question WHY? will be established when delay problems inevitably arise so make sure you send them to the employer or engineer at the end of every week.
