Major Duties:

  • Prepare Schedules for Drawing submittals, Material submittals (Long lead & Short lead) & develop Concrete/Steel requirement curve from the Contract programme.
  • Reviewing & presentation of weekly work progress report, in the weekly progress meeting & material procurement meeting.
  • Prepare recovery programs for delays during progress of work. 
  • Prepare Weekly & Monthly reports for Clients & Head office.
  • Worked as a claimant by generating database and formats of progress of work. Drafting of Delay/Disruption claims & EOT claims, involved during progress of project. (Emirate Hills infrastructure project)
  • Applying Cost Control techniques for resources procuring or hiring.
