Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Let me advice u dear:

The most important in cooling tower programme is providing essential mile stones since such kind of products needs a lot of authorities approvals, and in regard of the productivity rate, u can apply same rate of other similar works wither MEP or Finishing.

thanks

Nelson,

There are two phases, the civil/structural phase and the cooling tower assembly usually done by the vendors or suppliers themselves.

The first phase depends on where the cooling tower is located or sitting, normally they are mounted on the roof of the building, while others have a special structure built for the cooling tower itself.

The 2nd phase involves assembly and piping connections of the cooling tower. Of course, the cooling tower assembly will depend on the number of cooling towers, normally one (1) cooling tower can be assembled in 4-5 weeks provided all the materials have been shipped at the same time.

Best regards,
Daniel

Dear Nelson,

Usually production rates are associated with the workers skill, evironmental factors, and site difficulty.

And the best people to provide you with the production rates are the contruction supervisors that you have at site. Being with their estimates and then modify your numbers to according to the actual progress at site.

With kind regards,

Samer
