Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

For whome can help, Please i need to know what is the exact meaning of the facility management?and what is the planner rules during this phase?does this phase just including the two free mentenance year?or can it be more?

Hi Dina

My understanding of facility management is the basic "house keeping" of the project when it is occupied.

It usually entails regular servicing and maintenance of the M&E plant - changing filters and luminaires etc.

Cleaning and servicing the rooms and toilets.

Landscape gardening - lawn mowing etc

Maybe even provison of security and reception staff.

As regards planning input it is really only a resource monitoring excercise over the management period.
