o    Construction and Construction Sales

o    Engineering and Planning, Project Management

o    Establishment of Project Management Office and underlying processes

o    Heavy Equipment Sales and Rentals

o    Labor Brokerage

o    Heavy and Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

•         Solely developed processes and procedures addressing all facets of leadership, ranging from Senior Management and Staff (i.e. Project Coordinators, Finance, HR, etc.), mid-level management (i.e. multi-discipline Superintendents, Foremen, Administrative personnel), and Trades/labor (including Building Trades, Mechanical Specialists, and mechanics) leading to successful realization of margins.

•         Implemented Estimation practices that led to an average increase of 60% of Profits

•         Implemented Execution processes that led to successful completion of Projects including:

o    Civil Works

o    Electrical Works and Testing

o    HVAC/Mechanical Works and Testing

o    Logistical Support

•         Delegated tasks, placing emphasis on individual strengths and coordinated training to further strengthen the individual
