Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Looking for some information on Metro Rail Strategies/Thesis for my postgraduate dissertation in the area of Project Management point of view.

I am lookng for
"The factors required for implementation of a successful Metro Rail projects in world" as general.

what are the factors required to build metro rail projects and how this can be used?
What are the strategies to build the metro rail projects in the modern cities in the world, etc.
This shows that to investigate what is desired for the success of a metro rail projects. In this dissertation research I would like to discuss about project management tools and techniques, proper contracting, resources (skilled labour, etc), benefits of metro, how it will ease traffic congestion, how it will be good for tourism, risks and drawbacks etc.

I have been collected so much information, looking for some more additional information from anyone of Planning Planet members team.

Hello Samer,

Lak comes from Dubai Metro. We were together working in Dubai Metro.

He knows vey well the in and out of Dubai Metro.

I think he is looking from a different perspective.
