Website Upgrade Incoming - we're working on a new look (and speed!) standby while we finalise the project

Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear Azeem,

The best thing to do is spend time reading the material available on this subject on the net.

This is a good article.

Azeem,

Let’s say you want to reduce by 20 lbs in 5 weeks. If your weight now is 180 lbs you must be 160 after 5 weeks. So your target is to reduce by 4 lbs every week.

After 2 weeks if your weight 176 lbs that means you are behind 1 week your target.

Regards,
Nestor
