Website Upgrade Incoming - we're working on a new look (and speed!) standby while we finalise the project

Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi,
We are presently using Excel to prepare our project monthly reports. A friend mentionned he used while ago some kind of software that would treat the raw data and produce nice, eye-catching reports - including graphs... However, he could not remember the name of the software. Could somebody give me a lead on this?
Thanks a lot in advance

Thank you for your interest.
We just purchased Milestones Professional - this will solve the schedule reporting part. The other graphs we normally present in reports are for % progress, cashflow, manpower, curves for procurement etc.

Milestones Professional is a good graphical tool. Or there is Crysatl reports.

It depends what you can get your hands on and what information you need to display.

But there are many 3rd party tools availible.

You may produce your Monthly Report in a presentable way by using PDF software namely Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Standard.
