Website Upgrade Incoming - we're working on a new look (and speed!) standby while we finalise the project

Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

What will you do if a bidder is technically not in compliance to the tender?

First we need to know the category of the technical non-compliance. Is it a mandatory or just general technical criteria. We normally will issue series of clarifications before deciding to technically disqualified any bidder.

Technically disqualified means we are not going to open the commercial proposal i.e. the bidder is removed from the bidding process.
