Furthermore all non work periods for all views and all projects in a single database are based on the Default Database calendar and changing this calendar will affect all projects and views. This makes P6 P6 particually difficult when you have a number of projects working on different calendars and each project would like to show their own project calendars as non work periods.
you cannot link a curtain to a calendar non-working days or months; starting with P6R7, the non-working periods (say: Saturday, Sunday) are shown with a gray zone in the Gantt Chart

You can add them manually and colour code them to for each rescource/calendar/subcontractor etc. Maybe this is will give you what you need?
