Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Total Float - Is it possible to change the driver to within a WBS Code?

I have a schedule, with 1700 WBS Codes.
Within each WBS Code I have 5-20 activities.
I would like the total float to be driven from a certain activity within each WBS Code. So basically every WBS acts as it's own entity.
Right now, all Total Float is driven from the Latest Finish Date of the entire schedule.

Is this possible?
If yes, please give me a hint :)

In the Tools, Schedule, Options, select "Make open ended activities critical" and all activities without successors will calculate their own critical path.

Well, I've found out there is no way to globally change the driver for Total Float to per WBS.

What I need to do is set my last activity in each WBS to Mandatory Finish.
