Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi, 

I have P6.V7 installed in my laptop.

I need some of the templates in P3 to be opened in P6.

...tried the following: 

1) opened P6 and selected file import

2) selected Primavera Project Planner P3

3) Browsed the folder where P3 files are kept

Got the following message: 'an application event has been intercepted. please note the event code for reference'

event code:ICSPI-1034-6

Can we fix this so that the P3 files can be opened in P6?
