(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?
(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

In P6, I can't able to delete the relationship that I've linked before. Even after deleting it, it is reappearing again. How do I delete it permanently? Is there any option in P6?
Kindly help me to resolve this problem.

Can you try copying the schedule on another WBS and making sure there are no baselines defined for this copy.
Do you mean the links are not only displayed at the Gantt Diagram on the right but also keep being listed at the predecessors/successors tabs?
I don't have P6 but cannot believe it can be that erratic, can be bad but not that much.
But still i can't resolve the issue. Is there any other option?
Normally if we select the activity in the predecessor column box and select remove to delete it, but now its got deleted at that instance but when i reopen the schedule later it reappears again. And i can't understand what causes this happens?
Kindly help me to resolve this.

Maybe you are showing baseline relationship lines that have not been deleted yet.
Also make sure the bars as displayed are correct.
