Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Dear Neeraj,

ok then there is other way around

create a user defined feild text type (page break)

then select this in the columns of the actvities table.

then put the values in the coulmn

like if you want the 1st WBS in the first page then say it as 1 then fill down all the activities which are to be in this group

then for the second WBS type 2 and then fill down

repeat the same for all the WBS  like 3,4,5,

then after that go to group and sort select this user defined field (page break) in the top before the WBS .

then go to the font and color make the font size small and color as WHITE by this way you will not see this in the layout.

THEN PRINT set up options----page break settings -----click it

you will get the result...

kumar,

this doesnt work for me as it does not allow you to selectively break pages for certian WBS. For example, if I want only a page break for level 3, this method breaks at level 4 also.

Dear,

if you are reffering to the WBS Level then you can get like this

go to grp and sort _ select wbs _untick the indent option

then go to print preview _page set up _ options _click page break every grp.

then you will get in seperate pages...

hope this helps .
