Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Shaik,
If your cut-off weekly is Saturday then create financial period date every Saturday.

Dear Rodel,

Thank you very much,

If i am updating for this week the data date is coming by default as 29-May-10, then financial period value also to be set as 29-may-01.

Shaik,
Using period performance you need to define financial period date first. Your financial period will depend on your progress cut-off. It can be weekly, monthly which can be set by batch. If you are tracking your project weekly and producing s-curve, EV, Activity spread value, resource spread value every month only then financial period should be define as monthly. If producing this type of report weekly then your financial period should be weekly.
