Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I’m looking for a way to display the Activity Usage Cumulative profile, but starting from the data date rather than the project start date. -ie All cumulative values would be zero at data data.

Can this be done? There’s an option to ’display activities for selected time period’, but I can’t work out how to select the time period!

Any help much appreciated.

Cheers,

G

You will need to use the tabular reports to pivot the data into Excel.

NOTE that P5/6 only does earned value such as EAC at the activity level, not the resource level. So the report you build to pivot data to excel will have to have "Activities" as its "Subject Area"

Hi David,

Sorry -I wasn’t particularly clear in my original post.

Wheras the "remaining" curve relates to EAC, I’m looking for something relating to Planned Value

Cheers,

G

Gary,

What you want is different from the "remaining" curve in what way?
