Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi Everybody

In p3 we can do instant report (histogram and curve – (HP-GL File Type) via graphic report option. Can we do that in P6 I mean without do in excel?

Hi Izam,

I have the same problem. It was easy to create graphical reports in p3. I could’ve only found a work around for this on p6 but I am not sure if it is the answer you are looking for. You can use the View-Show On Bottom options like Resource Usage Profile for instance and then go to print options like Page Setup and select the tab Options and select only Profile from the Print list (Activities, All Columns, Grid Lines, Gantt Chart, Profile, Spreadsheet, Trace Logic). And print it to have a graphical report.

As I said I am not sure it is the answer you are looking for. If there is another way to do this on p6 I would be delighted to find out by the help of anybody posting to this thread.
