Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi All,

I have a programme with assigned activity codes of 5 levels. Is there any way that in my print I could get activity code level 3 be printed separately on each page?

Hi Mohsen,

You need to show the Level 3 of your code in order to print it out. Because the purpose of the "Break Page Every Group" is to break each page depending on the group and level you are using. It works fine with me. You need to show the level 3 code in the "Group and Sort".

Thanks for your answer. I have tried "Break Page Every Group" before, but it just put Activity Code level 1 on each page. However, I need Activity Code level 3 to be printed separately on each page.

You can print each group by simply marking the check box next to "Break Page Every Group" in Page Setup --> Options.
