Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Print Activity and Project Codes

Hey guys,

How to print Activty and Project codes in P6? Is there any option? It was quite simple in P3.

As easy as in P3.

View "Reports" --> right mouse button "Add" --> choose report group "Activity Code Values" or "Project Code Values" --> you’ll be guided by the wizzard.

To print the attributes of a specific code: Enterprise --> Activity or Project Code --> select your code --> Click onto "Display ..." --> Print preview

Hi Rav,

1. You can print in Excel sheet by just selecting all the activity & project codes, copy & paste it in Excel.

2. You can use also the "Reports" directory and select the necessary column description.

You cannot print directly just like what we did in P3.
