Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I am trying to clean up our current resource pool which contains all sort of data some of which is active, and some of which isn’t.
I have tried to get P6 to produce a report informing me of this (Active resources on which project etc) but it does not seem to let me insert the relevant column.
Any ideas?

If you have access to all projects its not difficult.
Open all projects --> view "Resources" --> For all Resources which are assigned to a project the icon is marked with a sqare and an arrow inside. The others you can delete.
