Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello all,
Once again any help on this would be hugely appreciated. I currently have a Report (created using the Reports Wizard) that selects Activity Resources and Role Assignments, I have set the timescale that I wish to see the data displayed over and the time increment (weeks). When I run the report I chose the ASCII Text File that gives me a .csv file in the following format:

29-dec-08 05-jan-09 12-jan-09
Resource ID Name Rem
Ach’ved

This is great as it gives me the data in the correct format and allows me to amend my additional reports (outside of P6),,,, so here is the question, is it possible to show exactly the same data in the very same format but with the expended hours (Labor Units – Actual) below the ach’ved?? Ideally in the format below:
29-dec-08 05-jan-09 12-jan-09
Resource ID Name Rem
Ach’ved
Actual

Once again, any ideas/comments much appreciated.

Ah,, think I may have just sussed it,, I can take a straight copy and paste from the Resources Assignments view having amended the Spreadsheet View Fields to display Actual-Budget-Remaining,,

Actually a work around for this would be a separate report that gives me Actual Hours against Resources,, anyone know if this can be done?
