Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I’l c&p my post to the same questiuon in another thread:

From the setup of CD#1 select install other tools/server databases/create a new Primavera database. Unselect the default option that says to include sample project data, unless you want to do so. On the next screen select the project database option. On the next, the option to create d/b and load app data. (And load the licence file.)

Two screens later, just change the default PMDB name, and the data file and log file field addresses will change automatically.
