Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello,

Has anyone ever experienced P3E/C very slow?

Recently, my project migrated from p3 to P3E/C with 8000 activities, whenever I made any change, it just took ages to finish?

Any suggestion would be very appreciated.

Just a thought, is the project rescheduling after you make a change? There is a scheduling option called ’Schedule automatically when a change affects dates’. This option is OK for small schedules but with 8000 activities I would have this switched off.

Are you using a networked P3e??
Sometime the network traffic is the bottle neck of the slow respond issue.
