Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hans, if you are in the Netherlands is it safe for me to assume you are working for Shell? If this is the case then you have a Shell GI-D machine which will have a bunch of restrictions that will create problems when using this feature. As Arthur says check your restrictions. Use the following path "C:\APPS\", this directory has no restrictions on a Shell GI-D enabled machine and should work fine when using this feature of Primavera.

When printing to an html file, if the file already exists you have to be sure it’s not already open, I believe, as you can’t overwrite a file in use - when I publish I usually delete the target file first. I’ve seen similar messages when the target file was open.

Do you have unrestricted write access to the location and directory to where you’re exporting? And enough disk space?
