Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

In P3e or V5, is it possible to view the "preview" icon in the tool bar just like 3.1? Because what I could do only is to go to "File" first then "Preview".

Thanks a lot for the confirmation, it’s really not possible. In 3.1 as I recalled, clicking print preview won’t work if you are having compatibility issues or upgrade with MS Office version.

no, it is not possible, btw why did u use the print preview in P3.1, the printout did not work with me when i clicked on print preview then click print (eg. when i need to print i directly click on print)?
